We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with purchases made on our website, in full compliance with the Consumer Protection Code. To guarantee transparency and efficiency in our refund process, we have established the following guidelines:
Automatic Order Cancellation by Angra
Order cancellation and the release of products purchased through Angra will occur automatically in certain cases, such as the inability to charge the corresponding amount to the credit card, inconsistencies in the information provided when placing the order, or unavailability of stock.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued according to the payment method used at the time of purchase. In line with the Consumer Protection Code:

For credit card payments, the refund will be credited within the next two billing cycles, ensuring a convenient solution for our customers.

For purchases made via bank slip (boleto), the refund will be processed through Mercado Pago via Pix, within a maximum of 7 working days.

For orders cancelled automatically at checkout, the refund will be issued automatically. If the refund has not been processed within 48 hours, please contact us.
Refunds Without the Need for Returns
In specific cases, Angra may authorise a refund without requiring the product to be returned, as permitted by the Consumer Protection Code. In such cases, you may receive the refund without sending the product back. Our priority is to make the refund process as convenient as possible for our customers.
