Shipping and Delivery Policy
This policy sets out the conditions applicable to the shipping, tracking, and delivery of products purchased through our platform, in accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation, namely Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, updated and applicable in 2025.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms described below.
1. Processing and Dispatch

Once payment is confirmed, products are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (2025 standard timeframe).

The tracking code will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

In cases where different timeframes are specified in the order summary, those details shall prevail.
2. Tracking and Communication

If the customer does not receive a tracking code within 5 business days, they must contact Angra at support@angrabuy.com.
3. Delivery Time and Consumer Rights

Standard Shipping (free): estimated delivery time is 12 to 15 business days.

Express Shipping (priority): estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days, subject to a fixed fee of € 4.05 EUR.
If delivery does not occur within 30 business days (maximum limit established under EU law in 2025), the customer is entitled to:

A full refund of the amount paid, or
-
A reshipment of the product, subject to stock availability.
4. Cancellation and Returns

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation can only be completed after the delivery attempt.

If the order is delivered, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, as provided in Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU, by returning the product within 14 calendar days without the need to provide any justification.
5. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate.
Recipient Unavailable: Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be forwarded to the local postal office, where it must be collected within 3 calendar days. Failure to collect will result in the return of the package to the sender.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:

If reshipment is requested, a fee equal to 80% of the total order value (including shipping and postal charges) will be applied.

If a refund is requested instead, a 25% fee of the total order value will be deducted to cover administrative, return, and customs costs.
