Angra Delivery and Tracking Policy
Thank you for choosing Angra as your source of quality products. We would like to inform our customers about our delivery, tracking, and international shipping policies, specifically for items purchased from China and the Europe.
Shipping Time
Once payment is confirmed, our products are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. The tracking code will then be automatically sent to the email provided at the time of purchase. In exceptional cases where shipping times are pre-defined, we ask that customers refer to the information provided in the order summary.
Missing Tracking Code
If you have not received your tracking code within 5 business days, please contact us at support@angrabuy.com to request your tracking information.
Extended Delivery Time
If you do not receive your order within 90 business days, we will either issue a full refund or resend the item, depending on your preference and the product’s stock availability. Please note that in the case of reshipment, the delivery time begins from the date the new item is dispatched.
Cancellation and In-Transit Orders
If you choose to cancel an order that is already in transit, you will need to wait for the delivery attempt. Should the product be delivered, you may return it to one of our addresses to initiate the refund process.
Delivery Times (Free Shipping)
Our delivery time for free shipping is typically 12 to 15 business days.
Delivery Times (Express Shipping)
For paid priority shipping, delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days from the date the tracking information is sent to the email provided at checkout. A fixed fee of € 4,05 EUR applies.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number.
Ensuring Correct Address Details
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your shipping address is completed accurately.
Recipient Unavailable: Make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. The postal service will attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is available on all attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office, and the recipient must collect it within 3 calendar days. Failure to collect the package will result in its return to the sender, and reshipping will require payment of additional shipping costs.
Address Accuracy
It is crucial to provide accurate address details to avoid delivery issues. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information, a new shipping fee of 80% of the total order (including shipping + postal fees) will be charged to resend the item. If you prefer a refund instead, a 25% fee of the total order value will be applied to cover return and customs costs.
