Angra Exchange and Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with purchases made on our website, and to this end, we provide a transparent and efficient exchange and return policy. Should you need to exchange or return a product, please carefully read the guidelines below:
Contacting Customer Service
Before sending any product back for exchange or return, we recommend that you first contact our Customer Service Centre via email or by WhatsApp at +55 47 99141-7042, in order to receive the necessary guidance on the procedures to follow.
Right of Withdrawal
If, even after receiving the product in perfect condition, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request cancellation through our Customer Service Centre at suporte@angrabuy.com.
Conditions for Withdrawal of Purchase:
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, you have up to 7 days after receiving the product to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all manuals and proof of purchase, and must show no signs of use. Products sent outside of these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the product(s) at our Distribution Centre. Products showing signs of use will not be accepted. Please note that once a return request has been reviewed, the product will be held in our stock for up to 30 days from the date of analysis. To have the item returned, a shipping fee will apply, varying according to the delivery region. If the customer refuses to complete the return process or fails to arrange the return label, the product may be subject to disposal after this period.
Exchanges
For clothing and footwear, we strongly recommend checking the measurements (in centimetres) available on our website to ensure the correct size is chosen. In the case of items with an alleged manufacturing defect, we provide 7 days from delivery for customers to request an evaluation.
Exchange Procedure:
The product must be sent via Correios (postal service) to the address provided by our support team, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers must also provide a short written statement describing the alleged defect and how the product was used. Defect assessments are carried out by our suppliers and take an average of 10 working days from receipt of the product.
Favourable Report for Exchange:
If the assessment confirms the defect, the customer will receive a replacement for the same product at no additional cost. If the model is no longer available in stock, the customer may choose another product, within the credit value limit.
Unfavourable Report for Exchange:
If the assessment does not confirm the defect, the product will be returned to the customer without the right to replacement.
Exchanges and Returns of Used Clothing
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the exchange or return of costumes or any items of clothing that have been worn or show visible signs of use. This includes, but is not limited to:

Underwear and swimwear;

Used sportswear;

Clothing showing signs of wear, such as stains, odours, alterations to the original structure, or that are not in their original condition upon receipt.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon delivery and ensure that it is in satisfactory condition before use.
